So, the longest (slowest?) frame build in the world is done. For full history of this build check back in the archives, I think the first post was in about 1975. Anyway here’s some pics of it in its raw unfinished state, some of the frame just back from the painters and a couple of the bike almost built up. One thing that this build has taught me is either I need a new camera or my photography skills are shit. I think it’s a bit of both.
The colour is supposed to be Massey-Fergusson gray but I think it came out lighter than bot of us expected. I think we’ll also do a new decal kit for it in more subtle colour. The decals on it at the moment were supposed to be ‘Forth Rail Bridge’ red but they’re leaning more to Postman Pat red.
