Jonathan just picked this up today. We had 2 main aims with this bike, firstly it had to fit right and secondly it had to look like a normal bike. While this wouldn’t normally be a problem, Jonathan is 6’9″ (> 206cm).

After a quick spin along the road Jonathan seems happy with the fit, time will tell how good this is but it’s looking fine at the moment. As far as it looking like a normal bike, I think this worked out well too. It’s hard to believe, but the seattube measures about 25″. I could hardly get on it to test ride it!

29er wheelset, S&S couplers, Rohloff hub and belt drive. That’s a lot of bike.

  1. Wow. I’m 6’3″ with a 35″ inside leg and a short back and no bikes fit me, except a Surly Karate Monkey 29er. I was after something that had similar (but better fitting) dimensions, with better tubing. I think I have just found it. It’s my 40th next year. Hmmm. may be making a phone call very soon ;-)
