I should have posted this earlier but I forgot it was on. It’s a short film produced by RSA Films and Rapha about the Italian framebuilder Dario Pegoretti. It’s only available for 24 hours and I don’t know when that period started or is stopping so watch it now if you can, before it’s gone.
It’s very good.
EDIT – It doesn’t support embedding in my web page, so click this link to watch it.
Nice little film about custom motorcycle builder Shinya Kimura (via Truls. again!)
Jonathan just picked this up today. We had 2 main aims with this bike, firstly it had to fit right and secondly it had to look like a normal bike. While this wouldn’t normally be a problem, Jonathan is 6’9″ (> 206cm).
Thanks to Fatty for reminding me of this video:
I’m no bmxer and don’t really ‘get’ a lot of what goes on with those tiddly little bikes but some of this stuff is way impressive.

Ok, not really, but this patent information suggests they’re at least thinking about it.
Salsa have just announced the Mukluk, a production snow bike. I know that Surly have had the Pugsley for a while but is there really the demand for something this niche from a major production company? It’ll be interessting to see how it sells.
